Guttenberg Industries, Inc. specializes in plastic injection molding.  With two convenient plant locations in Guttenberg and Garnavillo, Iowa, we offer  a wide range of state-of -the-art machinery ranging from 40 ton to 550 ton machines.  This machinery is supported by the latest technology in auxiliary equipment, such as desiccant dehumidifying hopper dryers, mold temperature controllers, and electronic multi-zone controllers to aid in the process requirements.  You the customer will benefit from our flexible range of machines, and get the desired results from a combination of teamwork, technology, and dedication to delivering a product on time with the highest quality and customer service possible.

Guttenberg Industries' experienced Engineering Team will get you started in part design for manufacturability, part assembly, and mold building.   Our team will assist you at the concept stage of a new program, and help develop a workable product the first time in a fully-coordinated process.  Our Engineering Department is aided with the best support programs and equipment in the industry, allowing for properly designed product being brought to market in a significantly shorter time frame.

BUT WAIT!!!  THERE'S MORE!!!  In addition to our expertise in Injection Molding, we also offer Pad Printing, Ultrasonic Welding and Inserting, Spin Welding, Milling, Drilling, and Assembly Services.  We even arrange outside subcontractor services such as plating, gasketing,  and painting.  When your product leaves our plant assembled, it will be ready for use in your company's operation.
