TOOL ROOM

At Guttenberg Industries, a mold maintenance schedule is prepared so that once your part is in production; your tooling can be properly serviced without unnecessary down time.

Customers reap benefits from our in-house tool room.  We are staffed to do preventive maintenance, minor repairs and revisions.  A record is kept of all molds for past maintenance history.   Every mold is cleaned and maintained after a predetermined number of cycles of production is run, so that it will be ready to run when your next order is placed.

• (1) Bridgeport (Series 1) 9"x42" mill with digital readout

• (1) Nardini 14"x40" lathe

• (1) Rockwell drill press

• (1) Vertical bandsaw 14" 4 speed
